We live in an age of kindergarten psychology dominating public discourse, our views of ourselves and relations to others.

Valid cognition, and the means to attain it, has never been more important and precious.

The Art of Thinking presents advanced teachings on the nature of clear effective awareness; this based upon the Buddhist tradition, the Indo-Tibetan cognitive sciences, cutting edge Neuroscience and the deepest modern psychology.

We will explore the art of thinking in depth, examining the insights on gaining accurate non-deceptive knowledge and generating our own genius.

This retreat will develop your mind-training, perceptive and visualization skills.
