GROUNDCONTROL is a class created by Lindsay Ashmun designed to train the body for deep and balanced strength, optimal range of motion, injury prevention and recovery. We use ab balls, therabands, gliders and other small props in a 60-90minute a breath-based, core focused and full body workout.
