The whole man conceptualizes an inner and outer experience of grit, joy and integrity. It is beyond gender, while still embracing the roles that we are taught and that may have some basis in biology. For each man becoming whole is a different, unique and uplifting journey, albeit challenging. Coaching to bring about The Whole Man means first becoming aware of the person we are; bringing insight and meaning to where we find ourselves, exploring the pros and cons of those past choices and the adjoining ambivalence to changing. As we develop this clarity and grieve what is lost, we have begun working out choices enacting a new model for our future. Finally, with action-oriented practice, projects and accountability, the client finds themselves in a new state.
